Sister cities of Le Lamentin

Le Lamentin is a town and the second-largest commune in the French overseas department of Martinique.

It is located in the center of the island of Martinique, and is part of the metropolitan area of Fort-de-France, the largest conurbation in Martinique. In the 1999 census, Le Lamentin had a population of 39,847. The commune has a land area of 62.32 km² (24.062 sq mi).

Le Lamentin is the site of Martinique Aimé Césaire International Airport, opened in 1950 and renamed after author and politician Aimé Césaire in 2007.

When it existed, airline Air Martinique had its head office at the airport.
