Sister cities of Jeju City

Jeju (Jeju-si) is the capital of Jeju province in South Korea and the largest city on the island of Jeju. Its geographical location is 33°30′N 126°31′E / 33.500°N 126.517°E / 33.500; 126.517. The city is served by Jeju International Airport (IATA code CJU).

Located in a southern part of Korea, apart from the peninsula, the weather is mild and warm during much of the year. The city is a well-known resort, with prestigious hotels and public casino facilities. In 2011, 9.9 million passengers flew between the two cities of Seoul and Jeju, making the Gimpo–Jeju route the world's busiest passenger air route.
